Process Fluid Chillers
Many types of production have a requirement for process fluid chillers, these can be standard type for industry or they can be supplied with an additional stainless steel plate heat exchanger for a food process using food safe secondary refrigerants ensuring the producer is meeting legislation regarding product integrity.
Examples of applications for standard systems would be manufacturing, for example the electronics or plastics industry.
Examples of applications for systems with secondary plate heat exchangers would be the food industry, for example the brewing, distillation, dairy and drinks manufacturing industry.

Delta T Refrigeration Ltd. is registered with REFCOM and our engineers are FGAS and Ammonia trained allowing us as a company to work alongside our existing customers ensuring that they comply with changing legislation regarding primary refrigerant gases.
If required we can also design and install automated fault notification and remote monitoring systems ensuring plant integrity at all times.
Service and Maintenance
With FGAS regulations now being enforced it is the end users responsibility to ensure that their refrigeration system is being maintained correctly and that the correct records are held on site.
Delta T Refrigeration offer a full service and maintenance service which we can tailor to each systems individual needs and offer the following types of preventative maintenance contracts.

We also have a 24hr call out service available to our maintenance customers 365 days a year.
Compressor Service
As the heart of the refrigeration system is the compressor, Delta T Refrigeration offer a full Diagnostic, repair and if required replacement service for Reciprocating, Screw and Scroll compressors.
